SmartSell don’t charge a set commission on your property. Instead, we charge a low set fee, which you can see upfront, based on the selling price of your property. This means that if we don’t sell your property, you don’t have to pay us a cent!

SmartSell fee structure:

• R25 000 on selling price up to and including R500 000
• R35 000 on selling price from R500 001 to R1 000 000
• R45 000 on selling price from R1 000 001 to R2 000 000
• R55 000 on any selling price over R2 000 000
